You can clear active leases from the Cloud Services Portal. When you clear an active lease, its IP address becomes available for reuse. 

To clear an active lease, complete the following:

  1. From the Cloud Services Portal, click Manage -> IPAM/DHCP -> Address Spaces.

  2. Click IP Space -> Address Block -> corresponding Subnet. Click the desired Range in the subnet. 

  3. Select the desired lease. Click  for the desired lease and select Clear Lease


    Clearing the lease for an IP address assigned to a host in a primary zone does not clear the A and DHCID records. As a workaround, delete the A and DHCID record manually. For more information, see Deleting a Resource Record
