You can reset the 3rd party IdP configuration for a selected domain. When you reset the 3rd party IdP, users that were added to the Cloud Services Portal using the just-in-time provisioning process will be removed from the Cloud Services Portal if the IdP is reset.

To reset 3rd party IdP, complete the following:

  1. Log in to the Infoblox SSO Portal at
  2. On the 3rd Party IDP page of the Infoblox SSO Portal, expand the Activate drop-down menu in the upper action bar, as follows:

  3. Click Reset 3rd Party IDP from the drop-down menu to reset 3rd party IdP authentication.
  4. To confirm the resetting of 3rd party IdP, answer all the questions when prompted and select the check box to remove the IdP.
